AUTHOR DEMONSTRATIONS

Space must be reserved for participation in the 2024 Electronic Imaging Demonstration Session. All EI2024 conference authors may request one complimentary half-table to show materials in support of their conference presentation; requests for space must include details on how the demonstration relates to the accepted paper(s). Please Note: EI reserves the right to impose a no show fee of $100 for authors who request space, but do not participate in the event.

EI authors may upgrade to an 8 x 8-foot space at a cost of $365 ($450 after December 21, 2023). All author requests for half-tables must be received by December 21, 2023; requests received after that date will be subject to a $100 fee. Tables are not transferable and, while we make every effort to accommodate all authors, are subject to availability.

The highly-popular symposium demonstration sessions provide authors with an additional opportunity to showcase their work.

NON-AUTHOR DEMONSTRATIONS

Non-authors (or EI authors wishing to demonstrate a product not related to their presentation), including individuals, businesses, and companies, may purchase a half-table for $395 or 8 x 8-foot space for $620 by December 21, 2023, on a space available basis. After that date, rates increase to $510 and $900, respectively. (Please inquire about special exhibit/demonstration session rates.) Space is limited. Priority will be given to speakers and companies in support of technical presentations and assigned on a first come/first served basis. Late requests will be considered only if sufficient space is still available.

APPLICATION FORM Deadline 09:00 am, 21 December 2023 (NY)
No Show Fee - please note, EI reserves the right to impose a no “show fee” of $100 for anyone reserving a free demonstration and not showing up for the event.
