Registration Fees and Guidelines

  • EI Technical Registration includes admission to all Technical, Demonstration, and Poster Sessions, the Imaging in XR Workshop (not online), 3D Theater, exhibition, conference reception, and coffee breaks. Separate fees are required for short courses.
  • Technical registration is not required to register for Short Courses. You may register independently for these. (If you are interested only in the Imaging for XR Workshop, visit that website.)
  • To better serve you, IS&T offers a conference registration option that includes membership (new or renewal). Register for just the conference OR register for the conference plus IS&T membership, with your choice of an online subscription to the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology (JIST) or Journal of Electronic Imaging (JEI).
  • Membership is included with all student registrations; student members receive an online subscription to JIST. Student rates through awarding of PhD; post-docs are not considered students. Student registration fees are kept low as a shared benefit from other attendees paying the full rate.

Author/Presenter

  • Students presenting a paper should register at the student author rate; if you are not presenting a paper, please register at the student attendee rate.
  • Presenting author rates cover up to two papers. Additional fees are required for anyone presenting 3 or more papers. Contact [email protected] to arrange.
