Early departure: Charge of one night room and tax if guest departures earlier than confirmed departure. No charge if hotel contacted forty-eight hours in advance.

Cancellation: Cancel by 3:00 pm forty-eight hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax penalty.
