More Ways To Highlight Your Work

The EI Poster and Demonstration Sessions offer additional ways for speakers and attendees to expose their work to a larger audience—one beyond the conference in which a paper is presented, for instance. Learn more about each option below.

EI2026 Poster Session

The EI2026 Poster session will feature lunch and the opportunity for those who give oral presentations to also present a poster paper. Join all EI attendees to explore the poster papers and meet potential employees or interns. Those presenting their papers may designate themselves as "Meet the Future" participants, which showcases presenters looking for employment and/or research opportunities. It's a great way to get yourself and your work noticed by others and to engage in interesting conversations around emerging technologies.

Poster presentations can be found on the Program Page.

AUTHOR DEMONSTRATIONS

All EI2026 Symposium attendees and commercial entities working in the realm of  imaging are welcome to apply for space in the Demonstration Session. The 90-minute session offers an interactive, hands-on showcase of  imaging related hardware, software, display, integrated systems, etc. and runs as part of the Exhibit Happy Hour.
