Show Us What You've Got!

Technology demonstrations by industry and academia participants showcase the latest developments driving next generation electronic imaging products.

All EI authors are invited to apply to participate in the virtual Demonstration Session. During the Demonstration Session, you'll present "material" supplemental to your paper in an individual Zoom meeting. Materials presented may include hardware, software, physical items, integrated systems, etc.

The highly-popular symposium demonstration session provides authors with an additional opportunity to showcase their work. Authors accepted to the Demonstration Session are offered a complimentary zoom room during a specified time as well as the ability to post images, documents, and files online within the conference portal—assuming they apply by the deadline.

Demonstration time: IS&T will assign Zoom room day and time slots based on when the paper is being presented, or as close as possible depending on the number of applications.
Dates: 18-21 and 25-28 January
NY Times: Monday/Wednesday: 11:15-11:45, 12:45-13:15, or 19:15-19:45
                   Tuesday/Thursday: 11:10-11:40, 13:00-13:30, or 19:15-19:45

Access links to live events on the EI Symposium Portal.

No Show Fee
Please note, EI reserves the right to impose a no “show fee” of $50 for anyone reserving a free Zoom room and not showing up for the event.

Application Deadline: 09:00 10 December 2020 (NY time): Demonstration Application Form  or Google Form.
