Archiving talks and courses will happen live, but will also be recorded for viewing/reviewing until 30 September 2021.
Online Access and Software
The Archiving 2021 Online Conference Portal is OPEN. All registrants have been sent a "Welcome to Archiving 2021" email with detailed instructions on how to connect and
create a profile that will allow you to interact with other attendees.
From the portal, you will be able to connect to the courses and technical papers program, which we plan to run on GoToTraining software. Please be aware that you cannot download the desktop app of this software when using Linux; the web interface does work, but you may be more comfortable using another OS for the conference. If you are having problems or have questions, please email [email protected] and put Arch 2021 in the subject line
For social functions, the exhibits, and Interactive Poster Papers Session, we plan to use Gather. Behind-the-Scenes Tour software is GoToWebinar, Zoom and GoToTraining.
All events will happen live, but will also be recorded for viewing/reviewing until 30 September 2021.
Registration Fees
Conference registration includes admission to all technical sessions, including recordings of all talks until September 30, 2021, the conference proceedings, exhibit, and online Behind-the-Scenes Tours.
Separate registration fees are required for short courses; courses may be taken live and/or via recordings until September 30, 2021.
Short Course Only attendees will have access to course recordings until September 30, 2021, exhibit, and Gather.
Registration offers options that include membership (new or renewal) with an online subscription to the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology (JIST) or Journal of Electronic Imaging (JEI).
Student registration includes membership and an online subscription to JIST. Students are defined as full-time, through PhD.

Short Courses Only
Choose this option if you will only be attending short courses (and not the technical sessions). Cost is the sum of all fees for the individual short courses you select. In addition, if you chose to become a member as part of your registration, your membership fee will show up in this line item on your invoice (regular: $125 / student $35) and your short courses will be priced accordingly.
