Tabletop Exhibit
Where industry and academia go to learn about state-of-the-art products and applications, including materials, inks/toners, papers, films, textiles, and test equipment from industry-leading companies.
Dates/Times
- Tuesday 1 October: 10:00 – 16:00
- Wednesday 2 October: 10:00 – 15:15 (includes lunch in exhibit hall)
Table Size/Exhibit Space
- 2' x 6' x 30" (width x length x height)
- Your entire display must fit on the table top. Maximum exhibit height from the table surface is 4'.
- One pop-up (max width 1 meter) is allowed next to your table.
Fees
- with one full conference registration: $1,700
- exhibit only: $950
- Deadline: 30 August 2019
- After that date, $150 will be added to the fee.

A limited time to showcase products.

- Wednesday 2 October: 13:45 – 15:15 (includes lunch in exhibit hall)
Half-table Size/Exhibit Space
- 2' x 3' x 30" (width x length x height)
- Your entire display must fit on the table top. Maximum exhibit height from the table surface is 18".
Fees
- for registered authors presenting a paper: complementary until 30 August; $50 after that date
- for registered non-author attendees: $100 until 30 August; $175 after that date
