Conference registration includes admission to all technical sessions and the e-proceedings, plus the recordings of all talks until 15 February 2021. Separate registration fees are required for short courses; courses will be recorded, so may be taken live or viewed at your convenience, as often as you like. Recordings will be online until 15 February 2021.
Membership with e-subscription to JIST is included with student registration. Registration options that include membership for non-students (new or renewal) include a choice of e-subscription to the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology (JIST) or Journal of Electronic Imaging (JEI).

BANK TRANSFERS: If you wish to use a bank transfer, a US$25 fee is added; please contact [email protected] to arrange.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: To cover bank charges and processing fees, there is a cancellation fee of 15%, with a maximum fee of $100 charged. All requests for refund must occur in writing to [email protected] and must be received 1 week prior to the start of the conference (7 October 2020). In lieu of a refund, you may transfer the payment to another conference or product by 12 October 2021.
*Your paid registration signifies your agreement to be recorded (voice and/or video) in the course of normal business, such as during the Q&A portion of a live event. All recordings of live events will be available for viewing by all paid registrants, and may be used for IS&T promotional purposes.
**Student status ends with awarding of PhD; good for furloughed as well.
