Exhibits
Exhibiting at the 32nd Color and Imaging Conference provides an opportunity for companies to engage with individuals from academia, private companies, government agencies, and public institutions working in color imaging, display systems, color perception, color workflow, and color measurement during the conference’s technical program. To allow for the greatest exposure, the exhibit is held in proximity to registration, the coffee breaks, and the Interactive (Poster) Papers.
Information about bringing/shipping exhibition materials into Canada is forthcoming.
Exhibit Setup: Tuesday 29 October 15:30 - 17:00 and/or Wednesday 30 October 9:00 – 10:00
Exhibit Hours: Wednesday 30 October 10:00 – 16:30* and Thursday 31 October 10:30 – 15:30*
* All times will be confirmed after the preliminary program is released. IS&T works to maximize the amount of time exhibitors have with attendees based on the final conference program.

- One One 75 x 182 x 74 cm table and one chair (see restrictions/details below); electricity, available upon request
- One Conference Reception ticket
OPTION #2: Two-day exhibit packages with conference registration: $1485
- One ~75 x 182 x 74 cm table and one chair + one full conference registration; electricity, available upon request
