Companies may showcase products and services during the Industry Exhibit and schedule demonstrations over the course of the symposium.

  • Logo on the front page of the Symposium portal (where attendees access classes and technical sessions) that takes attendee to your e-booth page in which you may place collateral materials (FAQ sheets, links, etc.). 
  • An e-booth within Gather.town, where you may meet attendees and post a video or 1-page flyer promoting your products/services. Gather.town allows attendees to see and talk with each other, similar to Zoom, but in smaller groups and organically. All social events and the poster session will take place in the EI Gather.town.
  • Acknowledgment via rotating slides shown during the plenary session. 
  • Logo on Symposium website with link back to URL of your choice.
  • The ability to connect directly with attendees and share information confidentially (GDPR compliant).
  • The ability to schedule and link to live demonstrations or discussions within the Symposium online program. For example, you may schedule 1-2 technology-focused talks/demonstrations (15-30 minutes) during the course of the Symposium where attendees can learn about your company's knowledge. This becomes an extension of the Symposium's technical program. We have found that live presentations held before, between, or after the technical program work best; we suggest avoiding break times

Conference Supporter $1,000 Same as Conference Donor + ONE (1) EI2022 registration and ONE (1) 2- or 4-hour short course.
Symposium Donor $1,500 Logo on Symposium online portal and Symposium website with link to URL of choice + rotating logo during Plenary Talk + ONE (1) EI2022 registration.
Plenary Speaker Sponsor $1,750 Same as Symposium Donor + individual slide and recognition during plenary talk + recognition with any posting of plenary recording.
