Technical registration includes admission to all technical sessions and workshops. Separate registration fees are required for short courses. 

MEMBERSHIP: Registration options that include membership (new or renewal) offer a choice of e-subscription to the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology (JIST) or Journal of Electronic Imaging (JEI). Student registrations include membership with an e-subscription to JIST. Student status ends with awarding of PhD.

BANK TRANSFERS: If you wish to use a bank transfer, a US$25 fee is added; please contact [email protected] to arrange.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: To cover bank charges and processing fees, there is a cancellation fee of $75 until one week prior to the topical meeting session. After that date, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for on-demand short course*** registrations. Requests for a refund must be made in writing to [email protected].

Your paid registration signifies your agreement to be recorded (voice and/or video) in the course of normal business, such as during the Q&A portion of a live event. All recordings of live events will be available for viewing by all paid registrants, and may be used for IS&T promotional purposes.
