Join us in Scottsdale for CIC30

On this page

For CIC's 30th year, we are heading back to Scottsdale, Arizona, its birthplace and home to the first 14 Color and Imaging Conferences. In fact, our venue is the same location as it was in 2006, the last time we were in Scottsdale, for CIC14.

Conference registration and fees

Technical registration includes: admission to all technical sessions, CIC workshops, coffee breaks, exhibit, Conference Reception, and e-proceedings. Separate fees are required for short courses.

To better serve you, IS&T offers a conference registration option that includes membership (new or renewal). Register for just the conference OR register for the conference plus IS&T membership, with your choice of an online subscription to the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology (JIST) or Journal of Electronic Imaging (JEI). Membership is included with all student registrations; student members receive an online subscription to JIST.

Your well-being is of paramount importance to IS&T and the color community. As such, CIC social events (coffee breaks, receptions, etc.) are scheduled for outdoor areas, weather permitting, and IS&T strongly encourages the use of KN95 masks while attending indoor events. As possible, social distancing measures will be implemented, and masks and sanitizer will be provided.

The hotel has assured us that anyone testing positive will be able to quarantine in their room and should it be necessary to extend one’s stay, the conference rate will be honored. There are a number of testing sites near the hotel and hotel and IS&T staff will work to ensure you are taken care of.
