2022 Venue: Online

Archiving talks and courses are live events, but are also recorded for viewing/reviewing until 15 October 2022. (Note that two courses are only offered on-demand as recordings.)

Online Access and Software

Please note the following:

  • Archiving 2022 events are accessible through the Archiving Conference Portal, which will open by May 20. The Conference Portal contains links to all the live sessions, tours, and recordings, as well as a way for you to directly message other attendees, speakers, and instructors. All registrants are sent a "Welcome to Archiving 2022" email with detailed instructions on how to access the Portal. Please note: you will not be send direct links to any of the courses or sessions.
  • Most courses and the technical sessions will be held in the GoToTraining software platform. Please be aware that you cannot download the desktop app of this software when using Linux; the web interface does work, but you may be more comfortable using another OS for the conference. You may wish to download the software prior to attending a session or course. Note that Mac users may need to change camera and microphone settings in Privacy & Security, as well as allow screen recording (if giving a talk).
  • The Interactive Paper Poster Session, Welcome Reception, Exhibits, and Breaks will be held in Gather.
  • Behind-the-Scenes Tours may use any of the following interfaces: the GoTo suite, Zoom, or Teams.
  • All events occur live, but are recorded for later viewing via the Conference Portal.
