IS&T and CPAC, Inc. jointly designed this publication for professionals working on environmental problems associated with photographic processing. Papers were selected from eight journals of IS&T, the Society for Motion Picture and Television Engineers and the American Chemical Society. Seaching the (eight) journal's cumulative indices back to 1955 resulted in 180 references found, of which 77 articles were selected for final publication.
