With the theme: "Color Science, Systems and Applications," the 2nd IS&T/SID Color Imaging Conference (1994) sponsored by IS&T and SID, was held in response to the tremendous growth in the field of color imaging, due to the increased availability and q uality of color scanners and printers and the falling cost of computing power and memory. Session topics covered the following: Color Vision and Appearance, Color Stimulus Instrumentation and Algorithms, Color Engineering and Systems, Color Imaging and Applications.
