Symposium registration includes: Admission to all technical sessions of all the conferences; coffee breaks; the exhibit, Demonstration Session, and Interactive (Poster) Paper Session; Meet the Future Student and Young Professional Showcase; Conference Reception; XR for Imaging Workshop (must be indicated when registering); and support of free access to all the EI proceedings papers on the IS&T Digital Library. Separate registration fees are required for short courses.

To better serve you, IS&T is offering conference registration options that include membership (new or renewals).

Register for just the symposium OR register for the symposium plus IS&T membership, with your choice of an electronic subscription to the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology (JIST) or Journal of Electronic Imaging (JEI). Student registration includes membership with an electronic  subscription to JIST. Student status ends with awarding of PhD.

NOTE: EI attendees have complementary in-person access to the co-located Imaging for XR Workshop, but (for planning purposes) must indicate their desire to attend when registering for EI. To attend, add a ticket to your EI registration.  It can be found under "4. Ticketed Events and Guest Tickets."

STUDENT AUTHOR REMINDER:  A major benefit received by EI authors is the Open Access status of their published papers. To help offset Open Access publishing costs, we require at least one author per paper to register at the full (non-student) conference registration rate. Each student author may register at the Student registration rate as long as their associated professor or a co-author is registered at the full (non-comp) conference rate. One full registration may be associated with up to 3 papers. For more than 3 papers, contact [email protected].

BANK TRANSFERS: A US$25 fee is added for bank transfers; contact [email protected] to arrange.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:  To cover bank charges and processing fees, there is a cancellation fee.  See the registration page for details. No refunds will be given after the first day of the event. Requests for a refund must be made in writing.
