Registration* Fees 2023

Please note: All sessions are recorded and registrants have access to the recordings—including Q&A—until 31 July 2023. Separate registration fees are required for short courses, which may also be accessed until 31 July 2023.

BANK TRANSFERS: If you wish to use a bank transfer, a US$25 fee is added to the total; please contact [email protected] to arrange.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: To cover bank charges and processing fees, there is a cancellation fee of $100 until one week prior to the first session for which you register. After that date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total plus $100. No refunds will be given after the day of the first session for which you register. Requests for a refund must be made in writing.

*Your paid registration signifies your agreement to be recorded (voice and/or video) in the course of normal business, such as during the Q&A portion of the live session. All recordings will be available for viewing by all paid registrants, and may be used for IS&T promotional purposes.

**Student status ends with awarding of PhD.
