Corporate Membership Categories and Benefits
Corporate memberships are invoiced on an annual basis. Corporations joining after July 1 have the option to pay the full annual fee, or be invoiced at a pro-rated amount for 18 months. All corporate memberships come with the following benefits:
- Recognition of support at all IS&T conferences and events
- Rotating logo on imaging.org home page
- Logo and URL link on the IS&T Corporate Members webpage
- Recognition in JIST (Journal of Imaging Science and Technology) and conference proceedings

Strategic Partner
Annual fee: $24,000

This level of membership is highly configurable: our goal is to work to meet your company's needs/preferences. Benefits may include individual memberships; sponsorships of student scholarships and/or best paper awards; sponsorship of topical meetings; access to customized educational programs; access to students presenting in specific topical areas; etc. If you are interested in this level of membership, we suggest you contact us via membership[at]imaging.org and we will arrange a personal conversation with our executive director. Use of Corporate Member Logos
With permission, IS&T uses the official company logo provided by the corporate member:
- on the imaging.org homepage (rotating logos) and Corporate Member page, with URL links provided by the company
- in a listing of corporate members in the conference proceedings (e-version and/or printed) and Journal of Imaging Science and Technology
- on signage at conferences thanking corporate members for their support
- on additional signage, webpages, etc. for specific sponsorships, as applicable; for example, company sponsorship of a best paper award
Corporate member logos are never used "free floating"; they are always tied through words acknowledging that they are a member or sponsor. Companies may choose not to have their logo displayed; they may also choose not to provide a URL link.
