About CIC30

To mark the 30th year of CIC, we're heading back to where it all began: Scottsdale, Arizona! After two years of meeting online, the 30th Color and Imaging Conference is scheduled to be held in person in Scottsdale, Sunday 13 November - Thursday 17 November, 2022.

CIC30 will include the 2022 MANER (Material Appearance Network for Education and Research) Conference, details below.

2022 PROGRAM TOPICS

CIC30 is organized around the following topics. Authors are invited to submit relevant, original work for double-blind peer-review. Accepted papers are published in the proceedings Open Access.

MANER Conference Scottsdale 2022

CIC30 is pleased to have the first MANER Conference join us in 2022. The MANER Project (Material Appearance Network for Education and Research) is an international partnership with a primary objective to establish and strengthen an international and interdisciplinary network for long-term collaborative research and education activities within the field of material appearance measurement. This year’s MANER conference will be comprised of short courses, paper presentations, and a workshop, held within CIC. Papers on Material Appearance topics will be evaluated by the MANER committee for inclusion in the program. Submission is through the normal CIC process. MANER Project is is funded by the Research Council of Norway.
