Archiving 2011 Call Released Salt Lake City hosts Archiving 2011, May 16 to 19. General Chairs Wayne Metcalfe, FamilySearch, and Kate Zwaard, US Government Printing Office, have released the Call for Papers, with an October 17, 2010 submission deadline.

JIST Seeks New Editor

Long-time JIST editor Mel Sahyun, will complete his term in December 2011. IS&T is looking for a recognized leader in the field of imaging science who has a broad perspective of the industry, extensive technical knowledge, a strong publication record, and experience serving in an editorial capacity for a peer-reviewed, scholarly journal to serve as the new editor for JIST.
